Well done to all the Pacers who have made it this far, and do congratulate yourself as well if the challenge has made you run, or walk, more than than you did last month even if you've missed a day or two.
How are you getting on ? Legs aching ? Back straining ? Partner complaining about the huge pile of sweaty running gear building up in the wash basket ? Combining it with Dry January, #Veganuary and #NoFunJanuary ?
I thought this morning was going fine, I was running a route I'd already run earlier in R.E.D. and despite having a bit of a back strain my legs were feeling less leaden, I hadn't had to stop gasping for breath once (unlike PECO, which turned into half a run, half a wheezy walk) and I was feeling pretty good. Run over, get on Strava and see how I've improved. Previous pace 10.08, today's pace 10.07. So much for it feeling like a good run then...
We run because we ate too much cake, ACP's rogue blog, unsanctioned, unofficial, inappropriate....
